"Unknown" Error

Very strange occurrence. Several albums that I have uploaded will not retain the artist's name — they keep coming up as "unknown." This happens even when I add the names manually via the web browser. I've scanned the disc. Rebooted the B2. 

Here's what appears in the debug window:

album already exists - rename failed

Can you grab a screenshot of your WebUI showing the “unknown” information and then post it here?

So it looks like operator error … mixed with a little "ghost in the machinery." Apparently the files I was trying to change from "unknown" to the artist's name were already saved with the artist's name(?) So I just deleted (?) the "unknown files" and everything appears to be OK. I don't know why that was happening with only certain files, but it appears to be OK now.
