New radio presets not showing on B2 front panel

I’ve added radio stations to five of the new presets (numbers 10 -14) using vTuner. They all work correctly using the web UI but they don’t show on the B2 front panel display.  This continues to show the name of the last radio station used in the original 0 - 9 list even though its not that station playing.  Anyone else have this problem?

Just tried adding several new Stations to the new pre-sets and all the new stations are displayed on the B2 front panel when playing ok. Strange one. Maybe try a scan disk or a restart and see if it helps.

Hi,

I would suggest you ensure your prestets are as you want them (check this) then press and hold in the "Stop Play" button on the B2 until "Saving" appears on the front display. Then when the clock re appears, power off the B2.

Wait 30 seconds and reboot the B2 and tell us if the problem is still there.

What version of software is your B2 running on?  On the front panel, with the clock showing, use the B2 remote control and press the 'Info' button twice.  The version is displayed as 'Version .............'.  Post that here and we can offer further advice.

Software is B2B 10 March 2022 (I think it would have to be to have new presets!!)  Neither scan disc nor a restart have cured the problem.

Appears the additional Presets are available via the web UI but not the front panel. I'll add it to the bug list.

Hi Paul, I think what quok is saying is when one of the new presets is selected from the UI,  it plays fine, but the station displayed on the front of the B2 is not the new preset station. It is displaying one of the original presets that was last played before the new update. It is behaving differently to my B2 which is displaying the new preset station name on the B2 front display while it's playing.

Possibly re-running the update might sort it?

I have re-run the web software update. There has been a change. My B2 now shows the name of the new preset station it is playing 
when selected on the web UI. However I can’t select any of the new preset stations using the B2 control knob, the front panel just scrolls through the original 0 - 9 stations. So there may be a bug or maybe its just a quirk of my B2.

It was a bug and Martin has updated the 'Experimental' software to Mar 16 2022 to correct it.

He tells me he is not planning to do a Web Upgrade release of this version just yet, as he is working on other things which he wants to include.
