Exporting i,e Backup

Backing up is a task never accomplished, it seems ! After a global backup, I check whether all done by backing up again... and again, and find countless straggelers which I have no idea were backed up in the first place at all.  Help !

Pls find videos of three post-global backups posted here; as you can see they are not redundant at all
