Good afternoon everyone.
Christmas present money means I can invest in a Sonos speaker to add to my B2.
Could I possibly ask you good folks for advice, please.
I’m looking for just one speaker to use in the kitchen instead of our Alexa speaker (the voice thing, isn’t particular useful). It will be connected to our Wi-Fi.

Which Sonos speaker would you recommend?
Is it a simple decision of a One (SL, or otherwise)?

Thanks to everyone in this group for their sensible and sober advice in the past months and I hope you all have a Happy Christmas and a peaceful New Year.

Hi Keithla...,

The Sonos One would be fine for your kitchen - the SL is a little cheaper as it doesn't have voice control. You can add more Ones if required.

You do need to set up Sonos's using their app before you can play to them from the B2.

The Sonos Five has stereo as standard, whilst you need two of the SLs to "pair" to get the stereo effect across the two speakers.
