Unable to pair with speaker- please see attached pic.

Hi Stephen,

I'd suggest a 'Reset Bluetooth' via the front control (Maintenance menu) - the B2 will reboot - and then go back to the UI and try Scan Bluetooth.

Is this on a BB1 or a B2?

Have you tried doing a Web Upgrade?
