Bluetooth

Assuming that things keep working, the next step is to get some Bluetooth speakers. So the question is, what is the range of these.  The B2 is under my TV, with a direct line of sight (when the door's open) to the kitchen unit about four or five metres away.  Would this work, and is there any special sort of speaker I should get?
