Hi Clive
Are any of your other devices working OK on 2.4Ghz? . The B2 only works on 2.4Ghz it will not connect to 5Ghz. Check on your router's home page.

Also if the 2.4 and 5gHz wifi connections have the same name the B2 will have problems, change the name of one and see if this fixes the problem.

If all else fails you could try daisy chaining your old BT hub into an Ethernet port on you new hub and keep your B2 connected that way. BUT that should not be necessary - I feel that edwync... may be on the correct track!

Does the BT router have 'Smart Setup' - if it has try turning it off?
