I did a new export/backup to USB stick, when it was completed i put the stick into USB port on my Denon Ceol to check all was present.Via the Heos app you can access on Phone,Tablet or Laptop a visual and audio reference to the files. When i called up a few random artists and albums some of the artworks were missing from the screen.I did a further check on my laptop, and on inspecting the files noticed that on the albums with missing artwork, there was an artwotk appearing as a  Jpeg but it would not be attached to music file.I'm just curious as to whats happening here. All artwork is present on the B2 UI

On the B2, the artwork is obtained from a separate (.jpg) file in the same folder with the song files.  With many other music systems, they look for the artwork embedded in the songs.  I believe those pictures are populated at the same time as the tagging information.  Since the B2 does not use tagging information at all, it's populating of that data can be hit or miss.

Hi Keith,

I haven't tried this myself but try selecting an album that doesn't show the artwork and run 'Retag Album' - Album menu - available via the front panel control.

For PMB.
PAUL, do you remember a month or so ago I posted that searching for artwork from Amazon had brought some strange things up? You asked me to let you know if it happened again. It did a few days ago. One Cd cover which is not the correct one, sheet music of the composer and what looks like cuttlefish and fish food.

A while back, there was a series of hacks of album artwork on Amazon.  I still come across some of those hacked images from time to time.  So it's possible that the software worked, but the image correctly retrieved was itself wrong.

That sounds plausible. I always thought it was an Amazon fault, not B2 software.
