Urgent need for a Brennan phone number

Has anyone got a phone number for Brennan?  Paypal made a right mess of the delivery information when I placed and order yesterday, and I have to talk to someone to find out what is going to happen.  I have been emailing them all day, but no-one has replied, and I'm beginning to panic!  This is seriously URGENT!

Hi Paul,

I have a B2 which has gone dead on me apart from the display lighting to show power is on and the dreaded flashing lights coming on.  I have powered down and gone through the drill of exrtracting the SSD card and then replacing it, but problem still exists.  Is there anything else I can try or is this a case for sending unit back for a repair?  If so, can you tell me how much it is likely to cost and what the return for service address is, please?

Hi Toby,

When you say that you have extracted the SSD card, do you mean that or are you talking about the microSD card?  The flashing red light suggests that the microSD card has gone faulty or is corrupt.

There is a procedure documented on the Brennan website which takes you through the microSD card rebuild.  I have included the link here for that process.

If the microSD card won't rebuild, then you could go to an Argos store and purchase a new card, or alternatively you can order a reday built card from Brennan.
