X and Y buttons

New to this but would like to start a discussion; on the underused buttons on the remote. What would people want on them.

For me functions that would be good would be 

X a quick off, rather than cycling through menus to the standby .

Y press it and the units volume is cut in half, so if your listening and its at 40 you think you heard someone calling from downstairs you press and its plays at 20, second press 10, a third press 5. 

Maybe someone would like x and y to be able to be used for balance. My right speaker is near the door so turning more volume to the left means I am disturbing those in the rest of the house.

I was unaware of any unused buttons but, if they are up for grabs, I would like:

X - "Block track now playing from Random Play" ;

Y - "Add track now playing to (a default) playlist".

Yes not a bad call you dont always want to have to use a mobile or fire the pc up to use the Mobile UI.
