Copying album data base to a CDR

I have a JB7 and am trying to update the album data base. I have downloaded And unzipped but cannot do anything with the folder. It will not open or copy over to a CD so I can load it onto the Brennan. I have windows 10 with the latest fully updated Microsoft 365. Can anyone help?

I understand Jon at AudioTech can supply a USB stick with the CDDB loaded if you want to contact him at - audiotechcontact @ gmail . com - no spaces.
