Hi - have had BB1 for over a year. Now find I cannot upload music to it via web..UI says it's uploaded, 'Web upload' appears on BB1, but the files don't appear afterwards. Have tried file and bulk upload and several browsers. Software is latest update. SD card has 8Gb spare. What am I doing wrong?

Have you carried out a scan disk following the upload?

Hi DB,
As Mike suggest, try running Scan Disk from the Maintenance menu.
If the music wasn't arranged by Artist - Album - Track they may be stored under 'Unknown' artist.
