Let us know when you get this set the way you want. Then I can ask: why would you prefer WAV to FLAC? There's ABSOLUTELY NO DIFFERENCE in playback quality, it's just that WAV is approximately twice the size. The 'L' in FLAC stands for "lossless": a FLAC file will always expand to the same bits that were in the WAV from which it was made.
The only reason I can think of that makes sense is that the B2 takes some time to do the conversion to FLAC, and it doesn't like doing anything else while it's doing that. Apart from that, there's no downside and you save half the space (and thus half the time transferring copies when you make backups). Maybe I'm missing something important here...
