Internet radio

In addition to my Brennan, I  have access to internet radio via Apple TV. When I select stations on Apple TV,  I can see what tracks are being played. Is this facility available on my Brennan-I only see the name of the radio station. I think I’ve read somewhere that Apple pay for this and because of their financial muscle, have negotiated a deal for their customers. Is this ever likely to be made available on Brennan?
