Hi, lately I have had a problem with getting the new UI (V3) to work correctly. The old interface works fine. But the V3 interface brings up a "bare bones" UI that really is useless. Has something heppened? It was working fine up until about a week ago. I have tried a web upgrade, scan disk (several time) and nothing works. The address the B2 uses is usually the .250 one. But, sometimes it will change (after a power outage for example) to .162 (It is on a wifi hotspot I have setup for it and my smart TV).

Hi Rick,

On the browser page try 'clear browser data' and 'cached images and files' then type the B2's IP address in manually - rather than using a bookmark.

Paul, thanks. That seems to have worked. I got the V3 UI back. I wish I could remember that solution as it has happened in the past. Although not often enough for me keep it in my mind. I had tried typing in the address manually but all that did was bring up an HTML "bare bones" listing. The Google bookmark I use is working again now too. Thanks for the helpful advice.

Paul, the problem has returned. After clearing Google's cache yesterday, it worked last night. But today I'm getting the "404 not found" error. In both Google and MS Edge. Again, if I input the old web ui address it comes up fine. I tried a reboot, scan disk to no avail. The V3 interface had been working for me quite nicely for a long tme. Now suddenly it has become a headache.

Hi Rick H,

Does it make a difference which IP the B2 is connected to?

The V3 UI appears to be working on my B2 and BB1 so don't think anything has changed software wise. Perhaps the SD Card needs to be reprogrammed or replaced.
