I have just received my new vb1 and plugged it in, only to find that I am getting no response after switching it on. I have tried unplugging it and plugging it back in but I get the same results.

I have tried holding the button for five to ten seconds to see if that brings a result but again, nothing,

Any suggestions?

Firstly I would try a different  usb c cable  if you have one to eliminate that
