Radio Waiting for Data

Hello. I see that there have been a number of posts about this…. but I cannot seem to find any suggested solutions. My BB1 will not tune into any radio stations…. all I get is a message at the top of the screen saying: “Radio waiting for data 0.0%”

This appears to be a problem with the vTuner API (application programming interface) and we have contacted vTuner about this.
