Here is a revised & printable B2 menu summary

Hi all - I am new to the B2 and ended up revising the Menu Summary for my own reference.  My format helps me sort where to find things a little quicker since I am still getting acquainted with the unit.  It is only different in the way it is arranged from what is found on the product page.

Since it helps me, I thought I'd share it here in case anyone else could benefit.
