Positions in Brekel Hands csv

Hi I am wondering if the measurements are all in mm? Also the positions of the finger tips are in the absolute reference frame correct?

My fingertip movements are not accurate. I am moving my pinky about 5 or so cm and it is not registering in the csv

I am trying to get the relative positions in space between two finger tips. I understand - I think correctly now - that I need to do the forward kinematics of each finger tip to find the position in space. I am wondering if palm or wrist should be used as the parent of the thumb? Also what are the parents for the fingers? Is it the wrist or is it the palm?

Yes all data in the CSV files is in local coordinate systems, so in relation to their direct parent.

The parent of the first finger joint should be the palm joint.
