Dear C’Arch / KPK,

 

We would suggest the ID package to be carried out based on the following packages:-

 

1)      Hardscape / Tile Upgrade / etc (to be carried out by Main Contractor)

2)      Master bathroom stone upgrade - to be carried out by Main Contractor, KPK to call quotation for Stonework from Main Contractor & Stone Specialist immediately)

3)      Furniture, Cabinet fit-out, BBQ equipment (to call separate tender)

4)      Gym equipment (originally provisional sum - to call separate tender)

5)      Sign-writing & Directional signage (originally p.c. sum - to call separate tender)

6)      Wifi – PMSB peruse requirement and call quotation / submit VRF
