Further to the clarification below, item 2, we would like to inform that reduction of window size at Type C master bathroom is an internal window which is not taken into ventilation and lighting calculation for the room. We have also attached a sketch for your reference.

We would like to confirm the reduction of window size at Type C master bathroom has no implication to the following:

1. SPA – window is shown on plan without indicating window height

2. Natural Ventilation / Lighting Compliances – Window related to this calculation is located on rear façade which is facing garden area.

Based on RFI 202, you have confirmed to omit the door at the fire pump room. Is it comply with the BOMBA requirement? Please clarify this with me ASAP.

As spoken, the Type C masterbath window’s size has been reduced. Therefore, please advise is there implication due to this e.g natural ventilation and lighting compliances, SPA drawings and etc
