Dear Mr Chan,

We refer to our tele-conversation earlier this morning. We wish to inform
condo switches & SSO setting-out drawing for Type B, C, D and D1 are
approved with comments. Please proceed work on site accordingly. The formal
signing off will be done once we receive CSD form from your office.

Also, please note shop drawing for Type A has not yet received. Please send
hardcopy to our office the soonest for review in order not to affect work
progress on site.
