We refer to your enquires pertaining floor and wall tiles.
1. We have an agreement with MML pertaining warranty, making good by replacement, supply for future maintenance and conditions considered defective tiles. Please see attach.
2. As for payment schedule, retention sum and performance bond please refer to the nominated letter. Should you need further clarifications on these items, please get in touch with KPK for advise.
We trust the above matter is in order.
