Dear Mr Lee/Seon/KG,

We refer to our site walk on 7 January 2012. Void above powder room on
underside of staircase from ground floor to study room needs to be covered
up. Please refer to attachment and note the following:

1. Area 1 : Reduce window size from 800mm height to 760mm. Brick up the
top of the window and extend step 14th and 15th up to the wall along grid
line 4.
2. Area 2: Extend step 14th to cover the void fully.

Please informed ALUMECO regarding the changed of window W39. Revised drawing
hardcopy is ready for collection. Please do not hesitate to contact me
should you have any queries.
