Dear Mr. Chee,
With reference to the meeting held in Perdana Parkcity head quarter office, dated 14th Dec 2012, we have no problem on the issue addressed by Mr. Khoo and you as mentioned below:-
a. We agreed with the additional and omission of sanitary products if the total value is not lower than the contract sum @ RM 2,700,000.00.
b. All water closet confirm to use Orion FHSBV-12 stainless steel flexible hose with ball valve as the connector requirement.
Meanwhile, PPC agreed to issue Letter of Award once we provide the estimated delivery program on the supply of 3 delivery- 1st were for the mock up unit. 2nd were for all conceal component and 3rd were for all balance item. The Letter of Award and delivery schedule will referring to Architect Instruction 1012/PPC/R9, any omission or additional shall deem as Variation Order Work.
We hope to receive your official confirmation of final schedule in term of the quantity, omission and additional.
