breedR package install issues

Hi,

I'm trying to install breedR package using these script:

devtools::install_github('famuvie/breedR')

and it comes with these error/warning:

Error: Failed to install 'breedR' from GitHub: Could not find tools necessary to compile a package Call `pkgbuild::check_build_tools(debug = TRUE)` to diagnose the problem.

Anyone can help me for this issues? Thank you

Dear Fathur,

From the error message, it seems that you need to install Rtools [1] if you are using R on Windows.

You can also try the installation method from [2]. This is just running the following lines in R:

source("http://famuvie.github.io/breedR/src/setup_repo.R")
install.packages('breedR')

But you probably still need to install Rtools.
