Hi Facundo,

I wonder if you could help with an issue I'm having in plotting residuals of my spatial models.

I've tried plot(mod, 'residuals') as the overview document suggests, and I am getting the error:
Error in !is.null(alist[[idx]]) && !suppressWarnings(is.na(alist[[idx]])) : 'length = 2' in coercion to 'logical(1)'

I would really appreciate any insight you might have into this issue!

Thanks,
Brianna

Hi all,
I have the same problem (also re-testing the code of a breedR training session that previously worked).

From the web (https://stackoverflow.com/questions/72848442/r-warning-lengthx-2-1-in-coercion-to-logical1), I understand that some change has been made in R 4.2.0 and later versions for the use of &, &&, | and || conditions, which can generate new error messages in the codes that previously worked.
Not sure I understood perfectly though...

=> is it the issue? does it mean that breedR shoud be used with a version of R earlier than 4.2.0?

Thanks,
François

Hi again,
solved by re-installing breedR from scracth on version of R4.3.1
Cheers,
François
