With our many years of experience in developing, manufacturing and installing locking systems to commercial vehicles, Locks 4 Vans designers are the best at understanding the exact requirements of both the end-user and the installer. As standard, L4V kits are supplied in single-vehicle sets, all locks within a set are keyed alike and operate via the same key. We supply 3 keys as standard, with additional keys available (however kits pinned up to specific key numbers are only supplied with one key as standard.)

The T Series key is designed to be the ultimate in security and strength, manufactured entirely from nickel silver; the preferred material for high-quality keys as it has higher strength and better wear properties than brass. The solid, large, easily gripped bow is branded with the L4V logo signifying this is an authentic automotive product. Unlike similar products, the solid bow will not twist off in normal use.

The S Series key is designed specifically for applications where budgets are important, yet quality and strength cannot be compromised. The S Series uses a standard Yale type key. The key section is selected to ensure maximum strength available for a product of this type; manufactured from chrome-plated brass, a traditional and hard-wearing material for keys.

Alternative combinations of product keying are available upon request including master-keying. This option provides a fleet manager access to every vehicle within the program using a single key, whilst retaining individual vehicle keys.

This premium van lock comes in two variants - slam lock, and dead lock. The slam-lock version will lock itself shut whenever the attached door is pushed closed, and the deadlock version will do the same but can be disengaged whenever necessary. Included in the SecuriLock box are all the parts needed to install the locks, including the adhesive template to stick onto your vans, all the hardware to install the locks, as well as a tube of anti-corrosive paint to apply underneath the lock during installation, reducing rust and wear.

Puck locks are secured to the van using metal brackets from the inside of the van doors. These are easily cut through by any cutting device. Legend locks are bolted right to the van door body so there is zero access to get between the lock body and the metal van door.

Drivers also sometimes forget to put the puck back on the lock, and then lose the pucks. That becomes a large hassle for the fleet and fleet manager. The Legend SecuriLock Van Lock comes with 3 keys, all keyed alike, but unique to that specific lock set for maximum security.

On your initial install, please allow approximately an hour per door (2 hours per van). However, we recently had a distributor install our locks for a large fleet with 160 vans, and once they were rolling they got it down to 20-30 minutes per door.
