While six portraits with different pictures are used in-game (seen from the power room where you have to activate the ink machine after collecting all six items), there are actually two other portraits that went unused. One is splattered with ink, and the other blanked with a long stitch.
Located in the game files for Chapter 4, there are multiple icons each with a different nation flag. Their purpose is suppose to be used for the player to choose the game's language. In the final game, there is a multi-language support, but these icons go unused. There isn't even an Arabic option in the final game at all!
After the full game released, two animated cartoon clips (click to animate) can be found in the game files. These are not used anywhere in the final game. The following shows The Dancing Demon and the Bacon Soup advertisement. The reason why it's not used was either time constraints or these clips doesn't fit in the appropriate locations.
An incredibly odd image of what appears to be three glitched-up Borises with the phrase "BORIS comes FOR THE SOUL" in the background can be found in the files of the mobile port of the game. Your guess is as good as mine as to what this means.
In the animation that plays when she bangs on the glass in Chapter 3, she can be heard laughing. This actually has an animation associated with it (click to animate), but due to the lights going completely dark before this triggers, it is impossible to see in-game.
An unused audio file with Henry saying "I'm getting the hell out of here!", which plays after encountering Bendy while the studio is starting to flood. This file has only been heard in Chapter 1's prototype.
All of the Searcher's death moans, supposed to occur when killed. They can be only found in the game's files for Chapter 2's first pre-update build. Once Chapter 3 was released the Searchers' models were redesigned, one of their unused death moans was recycled for one of their current death sounds, while two more of their unused audio files were edited and used by the Swollen Searchers.
First introduced for Chapter 2's release, along with Chapter 1's first remastered update. There is a vintage-styled music (titled "You Left Me in a Heartbeat") used for the projector that turns on automatically inside the theater location in Chapter 1. It was also used for replacing the "Hellfire Follies" music in the theater location, which is previously used back in the other location. Upon the release of Chapter 4, the music was ultimately replaced by the cartoonish whistle.
This scary Easter egg, bearing a sign reading "WANDERING IS A TERRIBLE SIN", is placed on the walls of rooms you can't legitimately get into without using teleport hacks or glitches. This sprite was found in Boris and the Dark Survival game files. Wandering Sin doesn't appear in older updates from the previous two chapters and later added following the initial release of Chapter 3. It's oddly called "lamp" in the game files.
Chuck I have followed all of these instructions. Still only a small cup but notice that the resevoir bowl from which you next cup comes only has about half of a bowl. Is there a sensor or any way to make the bowl fill up? Thanks
I have a somewhat similar problem: for a little while the large cup option delivers 8 oz instead of 10 oz (both small and medium size options work well). I followed the directions on this page, in addition to flushing the valve with white vinegar and let it soaked in it for a while to dissolve all the calcium carbonate deposits if there were any, but this hasn't solved the issue. The interesting part is that it always delivers the exact same amount. I think there might be an electronic problem related to the large cup option.
RAISE the handle to the K-Cup ALL THE WAY UP as you inset the K-Cup, only then will all of the water dispense properly. If you listen closely, you will hear the gurgling of the water draining. I was given a K15 for my birthday, one out of 6-8 cups was full, then one day I raised the handle to the max and for the first time heard the gurgling...... PROBLEM SOLVED!
My solution was the same one I used when I first got my machine and it wouldn't do anything. I took all the removable parts off, took it to the sink, turned it upside-down and smacked the bottom about ten times. Apparently, sometimes the vacuum tube that sucks up the water gets full of air that needs to be pushed out.
Chuck McCabe, I just finished fixing one from a buddy's shop. Same issue, no matter what it would only brew 4 oz at a time and took forever to do so. I did a few things. First I removed the plastic holder that holds the K-cups.
On the bottom of that is a tapered needle that pokes the hole into the bottom of the K-cup. On the side of it is actualyl a small hole. Use a paper clip (or in my case I used a needle) and stick it in there to remove any scale, coffee grounds etc. As you can see from the first pictures, there will be a lot of coffee in and around it.
Next you need to clean the top needle. It's a bit trickier since it is somewhat hard to reach around the sides. So open the Keurig all the way, and again use a needle or paper clip. There will be three holes around the needle.
On the bottom of the tank is a filter and a check valve. I removed the three Phillips screws from the filter and removed that from the tank. I cleaned it with some running water and an old toothbrush. It's a bit tricky to remove since you will need a long Philips screw driver. As a finally step I wanted to check the water supply to the needle for the top of the K-cup. If you take a look at the part where the top needle is mounted, you will see two Phillips screws that hold the top cover on. Remove those.
If that check valve has scale, sediments or other contaminants in it, it will not let the water get through properly. Unhook the check valve from the connector above the K-cup needle and remove the tie straps. Now you can remove the check valve. Try to blow in it from the boiler side and it should open. Do that a couple of times to loosen any sediments etc. I also run some hot water from the K-cup side into the check valve and shook it up. I did get quite a bit of debris out of that. Once I had it cleaned, I reassembled the valve, hoses and cover. I did replace the tie straps as well. Once fully reassembled, I did get the Keurig to brew 12oz 25 times in a row:-). Guess I fixed it. Biggest issue with this repair are the need for a long Phillips #2 to remove the screen from the tank, and to reassemble the two screws for the top cover. I did turn the Keurig upside down to get gravity to help me reinsert the screws. Hope this will work for you as well as it did for me.
super! from one old guy to another- this should be a basic remedy for nearly all coffee pots. What about a solvent like vinegar or other type be used first to nullify the breakdown procedure? gusinshop
I had the same problem, I fixed it by cleaning the screen in the valve at the bottom of the water reservoir, the valve is spring loaded. The easy way is to get a bendy straw, cover the valve with water, hold reservoir up so that you can push bendy straw into bottom of valve then blow with your mouth until air and bubbles flow through the valve. You may get a little damp but not too bad. This fixed my Keurig immediately.
Greetings, I actually have two 2.0 Keurigs. One that works properly (call this one A) and one that is new (call this one B) and was going to be a standby Incase the other one fails. Well as time goes by coffee maker A was not brewing right. I was thinking to replace it with coffee maker B which was only used one time and stored. So I took B and was going to have a cup of coffee. Not happening. It would only brew a oz or two. I tried a few fix it's to no avail. Even trying slapping it's bottom. Then I was going to clean the filter above the needles. Guess what they all aren't made the same. I could not get at the filter. After a couple of day and a few swear words of trying to fix B. I decided to give A a good cleaning. After all is said and done A works perfectly now. How's that for a silver lining. At least I know that B is useless.
My Keurig (100 series) started doing this rather suddenly. Once day it was fine and then over a few days it suddenly started brewing 3 oz cups. The worst decrease in performance came when it had just gone unused for 3-4 days (I was away). Before that I was getting 4-5 oz cups. The coffee also isn't very hot, more like lukewarm.
One tip for those with this problem: keep running the Keurig through its cycle with the same kcup. You'll eventually get a full cup of coffee but it takes a while. Then you have to put it in the microwave to heat it up. Temporary rigged fix.
@cliffster sorry this did not meet your expectation ;-) If I would have seen your question earlier I would have suggested to dump your Keurig and get back to a good old percolator. It's a lot less trouble :-))
