With the latest version update V7.0T your embroidery software will be partially executable under Windows 10. The functionality of the embroidery software under Windows 10 cannot be guaranteed, as Corel DRAW X6 is no longer supported by the manufacturer under Windows 10. Therefore, BERNINA cannot provide support for the embroidery software V7 in conjunction with Windows 10, but experience has shown that the embroidery software V7 should work under Windows 10.

The function of the automatic fabric settings (auto fabrics) has been extended and can now be manually activated or deactivated. It makes embroidery easier and improves the stitch quality, while adjusting settings specifically to the fabric.

To test the function, we provide you according to the winter season three snow stars as free download. These free-standing lace designs have no underlay stitches. Is there an updated ETA for the firmware update for the 750QE. I purchased the hoop in December as the site said the firmware would be available early in the new year. I am wondering why it is taking so long?

I have now purchased the new square hoop. I have updated my software for 770 QE Tula pink. When I downloaded it said it would add the new hoops. The update was successful. I do not see the hoop. I am trying to calibrate it. It does not recognize it when attached and I can not proceed with the calibration. Did I miss something in the download? Or?

There are two different Firmwares for the 770 QE: The one for machines with smaller Flash Memory Capacity and the one for machines with bigger capacity. Did you install the Firmware for the smaller Flash Memory Capacity by any chance? Maybe you had to take the smaller one because your machine does have a smaller capacity?

Thank you. I did go back and find the right update. It now is recognizing the new hoops. But now I am having trouble calibrating it. I am following the instructions. First attempt it was way off. Second attempt about 1.5 inches off. And I can not get it to change from that. That is after garbage can, resetting to centre and saving. Am I missing something still?

Therefore, the new Large Free Arm Embroidery Hoop is not compatible with the artista 630, only with the newer machines. If you do not have it already, I would use the Free Arm Adapter for Embroidery Module S and use the regular embroidery hoops instead.

Hi I just purchased the square hoop and wish to know if I need to download and up date my Bernina 750 QE. I can see updates for later machines, but nothing for the 750.Please confirm and or provide a link to where the down load is please.ThanksJan

I have been using the 200x260mm and 200x360mm sizes for edge to edge quilting for three years. They are wonderful for table runners, but especially for quilts! It took a little practice at first, but Eileen's videos were very helpful. I started with a few table runners, but have mostly used them on countless quilts for myself and others. The only "flaw" is that the 260x360mm size is not available for the Viking machines that can accommodate that size hoop. It would decrease the number of times I have to reposition the hoop on my quilts - and save time.

I've had two of these hoops for the Janome 500e for a number of years. They work great. Still holding as strong today as when I got them. I've not done a large quilt with them but everything I've done, from applique to edge to edge, they've held tight, no slipping or moving. They are my go-to hoop for everything embroidery.
