Hello OWLA members! Sarah found a workshop she wanted to share with all of you:

Trauma Informed Oregon is offering Foundational Trauma Informed Care Training at PSU on Monday March 5 from 8:30am to noon. This free workshop meets the requirements for lactation consultants already licensed in Oregon, who need to obtain a minimum of 1 hour in trauma informed care education in the first year after their license is issued.

If you can't make this workshop, keep an eye out for another opportunity later in the year. OWLA is working on putting another training opportunity together that will meet the licensure requirements and also (hopefully) be approved for CERPs through IBLCE. We will keep you posted!
