Dear Volunteers at the fair,
Yesterday we noted that the room is warm and a small fan is needed, unfortunately, although I was going to bring one today my schedule is such that I can't , if any of you have a small fan that you are willing to donate for the time of the fair will you bring it. Just be sure to put your name and phone so it can be returned.
