Cancer has always been a major concern to the doctors for the
difficulties in it's treatment as it keeps on spreading from one part
to the other. Cancer can be defined as a disease in which growth of
body cells increases immensely. The type of Cancer depends on the part
of the body from where it starts, even if at the later stage it
spreads to other body parts of the body. Cervical cancer can be
defined as the cancer which starts in the cervix, a lower, narrow end
of the uterus also known as womb. With the development in medical
technologies cervical cancer is preventable in most Western countries.
The screening tests, vaccination and nutritional diet are the various
preventive measures available to be taken to prevent against human
papilloma virus (HPV) infection.
