Zumbais really popular here too! But having absolutely no co-ordination whatsoever, and always having been rubbish at any type of dancing, think I agree with you that bodyjam is better ?

well done on all the exercise, soon you will be joining mr W in the triathlon

Can the two of you keep a straight face in these classes?

Agree with you on the need for a bit of structure from a set routine. It would take me more than 3 months to learn the ropes though. Running forward in a straight line is about my limit!
