I changed phones and now can not log into Concur at all. I use Microsoft Authenticator. It works for everything else but not Concur. When I log in it asks for authenticator code. Never shows on my app. I was told it was because Concur hasnt been added to the app. So i try to add and it wants to scan the code. I cant get it to release from old setup. My admin had reset Concur but it still looks for the old setup. I am stuck. Help

@bhuston757 - you are saying your admin "reset" your multi-factor authentication and you are not being prompted with the QR code or manual key in order to set it up on your new phone? I would suggest they try to reset again and you should be prompted to set it up on the new phone. I do not know exactly how these authenticators work, but when I have worked with users with a new phone, we had to do the setup from the beginning to re-establish the 2FA.

@bhuston757 what do you mean by "I can't get it to release from old setup"? If you switch devices, then your site admin needs to reset your 2FA. Next time you go to sign in at concursolutions.com, you should be prompted to set up 2FA. So, you will either see a QR code that you need to scan or if your company didn't opt out of the email setup of 2FA that launched November 15, you will receive an email to start the 2FA setup process.

Hello, I did not get a new phone, but I did switch authenticator apps from AuthPoint to Microsoft Authenticator. I went throught the reset steps several times but the 2FA code is not accepted. I even tried adding to AuthPoint again and it didn't work. I'm searching for an answer to this on several threads and all seem to be left unanswered. Can anyone help?

Yes, I was working with my Concur admin. He did the reset 2x and we walked through the whole process. Got the email, clicked the button, scanned the QR code, SAPConcur added to the authenticator app, tried to log in and same results, code was. I also saw threads about time sync. The phone was the same time as my PC.

Yes I tried that yesterday. I found the issue this morning. I was missing a step right after scanning the QR code which added SAP to my authenticator app and entering the code for the first time in the box below the QR code. I was going straight to trying to use the app code to log in to the website.

Deleting all your responses should work and should also reset the stats under summary tab.

In the Results tab, under response, pick the responses you want to delete or select them all and then click the delete button

I wanted to reach out and chat about a little issue I've been having. So, when I'm creating quizzes on your platform, I can see the test results, which has led to me getting a bunch of bogus data that's messing with my actual results.

I saw that another user had a similar problem, and they were advised to duplicate their form to avoid showing any results. But honestly, that doesn't seem like the best solution to me, as it doesn't really solve the root problem.

Is there a way to send a password reset link for other members in a support portal account? I have a Domain Admin/Super User account that has not logged in for a long time. When the user attempts to request a password reset themselves they get a "Password reset is not allowed in the user's current status".

I also see that error you are obtaining and have asked our support team. If you could please open a ticket for this our SSO team will be able to unlock the account. Sorry for not answering that part of the question to start.

@mgordon Thanks, yeah I am Super User/Domain Admin myself and could not find any way to manage other users in my organization in the support portal, just reset my own. The only options shown for other users are: Edit User and Delete User. Unsure at this point if it is a problem because the user hasn't logged in in a long time, the user never activated their account (possible, it's an old account, though it does show an activation date), or if something happened during the MFA changes. It's not an emergency at this point, just trying to figure out how to correct. I will open a support ticket and see if it can get resolved there.

Hello @ithermos , I was able to resolve the issue, but not from there. I had to open a support ticket from the Customer Support Portal at . Palo Alto support then reset the user's account and resent the password reset email. As a super user on the company account I was not able to do it myself. If you are trying to reset your own account the -assistance link would probably work.

The goal of a reset stylesheet is to reduce browser inconsistencies in things like default line heights, margins and font sizes of headings, and so on. The general reasoning behind this was discussed in a May 2007 post, if you're interested. Reset styles quite often appear in CSS frameworks, and the original "meyerweb reset" found its way into Blueprint, among others.

The reset styles given here are intentionally very generic. There isn't any default color or background set for the body element, for example. I don't particularly recommend that you just use this in its unaltered state in your own projects. It should be tweaked, edited, extended, and otherwise tuned to match your specific reset baseline. Fill in your preferred colors for the page, links, and so on.

If you want to use my reset styles, then feel free! It's all explicitly in the public domain (I have to formally say that or else people ask me about licensing). You can grab a copy of the file to use and tweak as fits you best. If you're more of the copy-and-paste type, or just want an in-page preview of what you'll be getting, here it is.

I recently purchased a WD Drive external harddrive for my computer because it is on the verge of crashing. I plugged in the drive and it automatically prompt me to upload my files to dropbox. I have no problem with that because I already had an account, I expanded it as well to make sure I had room for all my files. My question is, since my computer is on the verge of crashing, once I load all my files over to dropbox and reset my computer or eventually purchase a new one, will all the files be deleted from my dropbox or will they remain on there as I need them?

Your files are safe on Dropbox. No matter whether you change or reset your device. Just remember the password and email of your account then you don't need to worry about anything. Your data is safe until you deleted it by yourself.

Hi all, I am just doing some maintenance on my RBR850/RBS850s (2) system, to factory reset them since it's been a long time. Yesterday I did a factory reset on the router and manually re-entered any settings I needed,. All works fine.

Today I want to factory reset my 2 RBS850 satellites, one at a time. I like having a solid procedure to follow, and I couldn't find one for satellites, which I presume are much simpler than factory reset-setup of a router (I have a good procedure for that).

Try selecting Generate Backhaul Password on the RBRs web page Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings. Then press the sync button on the RBS then on the RBR or walk thru the Add Satellite feature on the RBRs web UI.

The best advise we can give people is to start a new config, power on one RBS and wait for some SOLID light or most often blue or magenta. And then add the RBS WIRELESSLY via the WebUI. Power off the RBS. Then rinse and repeat with any additional RBS(s). Pair RBS one at a time even if you have more than one. For ethernet connected RBS, after things come up wirelessly, you can move to wired backhaul but don't start with wired backhaul for those RBS that are ethernet connected. Wirelessly connect and sync RBS first before ethernet connecting RBS.

Worked like a champ. The only additions/mods I made were (1) the time waiting for the solid white light is closer to 5 minutes and (2) After I pressed the reset hole and the amber light blinked, I went to the admin web page, Attached Devices list, and Removed that Satellite from the list (showing as Disconnected). It got re-added once it sync'd up again. (3) Once all done, change the Satellite name in Attached Devices list if need be.

Hmm. Not so good with second RBS850. No matter what I do, I press the reset hole, I get the amber blinking light, but it always ends up blue on the front, and connected to the router again! It never goes to solid white. I have tried all kinds of combinaitons of power off/on, manual sync with router then reset it keeps coming up with blue light, sync status "Good". Why won't it factory reset? Is there another way to factory reset a satellite?

Ah! No I did not - the "other" RBS was always up and working. I'll try both tips next time, my window for network meddling has just closed lol. Thanks! Always a little trick, it's why it's good to get a solid procedure imho!

The only thing I would add in further testing, is if there are other RBSs online, power them OFF prior to the factory reset of each RBS. There should only be one RBS powered up, their current one being factory reset, at a time. I found problems with getting the factory reset (solid white) coming up with other RBSs online - an RBS would keep coming up BLUE (meaning connected and sync'd.)

Hi everyone! I'm reaching out for a bit of help after finding myself in a sticky situation. I've somehow managed to forget my Windows 10 login password, and I'm currently locked out of my computer. I'm kicking myself for not setting up a password reset disk or linking my Microsoft account for an easy recovery. I know there are various tools and methods out there for resetting or recovering Windows passwords, but I'm a bit lost when it comes to choosing the safest and most effective one. Does anyone have recommendations for reliable Windows 10 password recovery or reset tools? I'm looking for something that can help me regain access without risking any data loss or compromising my system's security. Any guidance or advice would be hugely appreciated!
