Weuse quickbooks premier way back 2015-2019 and when our new company needed an accounting software on our business we tried quickbooks online and it works more conviniently than quickbooks desktop! Quickbooks is now in our pocket, in our phone and laptop anyware.

Comments:We use an accounting company to manage our financial reporting. Our use of this software is mostly for internal performance tracking and for making decisions.
For the intended use, it works perfectly. I would have loved though if there was further customization for example with reporting and analytics.
The design of the software, in general, is user-friendly. I studied accounting, but even my team members who didn't, had an easy time with the learning curve.I also like that it is Cloud-Based and that the entire team can access it from different devices.Another feature I thoroughly enjoyed, is the automated reports. I set it to be sent automatically to the management team before every performance meeting.
@HolmDj @QuickBooks Another Monday, another issue. Why cant I apply an unapplied credit to an outstanding invoice? This is what pops up "The amount of payment cannot be less than invoice or credit balances? Since when?
@iaaz93 @QuickBooks @sasan_goodarzi the customer support team is awful. Do not do business with this company! Use @Square or anyone else for that matter. I am filing complaint with FTC and BBB. Thousands of dollars being held with no reason.

@SayAndSway @QuickBooksUK a SAS customer "just to prove that it's quickbooks issue, signed out, waited >3hrs, checked all browers updated, tried using chrome, firefox, edge. All same banks had same issues as before. Can you call this a reliable service?"

@theDanteStone Been on the phone with @QuickBooks for two hours about a total outage (we can't get in to the software) and she tells me that a technician will have to call me back in a week. WTF? Who thinks a week is an acceptable SLA?

Their status page isn't update but I did get a DM from their support department recommending that I clear my cache. I asked them to explain EXACTLY how clearing my cache would help with a systemwide issue

Seems to me that your company should have a proactive monitoring alert to notice if you are having problems instead of your customers having to notify you. Then you send those same customers on a wild goose chase before admitting there is a problem
@MikeSains Intuit forcing the phaseout of QuickBooks Desktop, mandating that all existing clients move to the online platform, telling us it will be a better experience, then immediately having log-in issues on a busy Monday morning is exactly how I thought this was going to go.
@ggarvin More problems from @QBCares @QuickBooks - systems down, no way to access support and there is no proactive message from them. Seems hundreds of people reporting it online but no response from QBO. They are the WORST.

@Eric_P8 @brianklaas Paying hush money is not a crime. Paying with your own money, or even a campaign fund, is not a crime. A clerical error in quickbooks for a payment type is a minor offense worthy of a fine.
@drew13bucs @Rightworks , your customer service is an absolute joke. Every day has been 5 hour wait times, today was 2 hr 24mins, and yet no one has answered. Remote access authorization issues for QuickBooks, there is absolute no support for this product. Horrible.
