Unresponsive inputs and scrollbars

Hi there, I am experiencing problem with responsivnes of my app.
Javascript events work fine but native inputs won't work. Inputs and
scrollbars are not responding on mouse events. E.g. I can't focus text
input with click. And I can't use scrollbar as well. It does nothing
when I click on it. (on elements with overflow:auto)

I spent a few minutes trying to reproduce this issue but I'm not
having much luck. Could you post a small sample application so that I
can see the problem?
