problem running TimeTracker2

Hi,
I downloaded the timetracker_src.zip file and imported it into
FlexBuilder, but the app won't start via run or debug. Run gives no
visible feedback, but nothing runs, Debug gives the following Launch
Failed dialog box:

Process terminated without establishing connection to debugger.

Command:

"C:\flex\Flex Builder 3\sdks\3.2.0\bin\adl.exe"
C:\flex\workspace\TimeTracker2\bin-debug\TimeTracker2-app.xml
C:\flex\workspace\TimeTracker2\bin-debug

Output from command:

error while loading initial content

Changing the namespace from 1.0 to 1.5 fixes this issue.
