downloaded code not running

Hi,
I downloaded timetracker_src.zip, imported it as a flex project into
flex builder and tried to run it. Nothing happens from the "run"
button, but debug displays the command line and "error while loading
initial content". I tried cleaning/rebuilding, no difference. Did I
get the right file? Are there other prerequisites or configuration
items not mentioned in the book?
