Not able to run & install Tuneblade .exe ?

I am trying to download Tuneblade Version 1.8 from the Tuneblade.com website it is giving me this Error. I have also tried disabling my Anti-Virus and then running the .exe file yet it is giving me this Error.

Thank you for your interest. 

Please use the installer from our website as it is digitally signed and safe. 

If you still have this issue, it might be due to a general policy by your PC's admin not allowing installing exe files.
