How do I get this to connect to my airplay speakers?

This software may not be what I am looking for. What I want to to be able to redirect music from my windows pc to my air play speakers. Is that what this software is for?

I can't find any documentation and all I see is it is waiting for a connection. Shouldn't I be telling it what connection I want ?

Maybe this is for something else?

Ignore my post as I didn't realize there are 2 parts...

I found the second program that is needed and it is now working other than muting the sound.  thanks..
