I have tried several things to get TuneBlade to function again, but with no luck, including VB Cable and the various virtual loopback settings. If this forum's relative silence and the lack of any response from the developers of TuneBlade are any indication, it's a dead product, no longer under development. Unless you're on an older version of Windows, you'll likely not have it work for you.
I've been using TuneBlade to manage output to my Sonos speakers where Sonos is not an option. If you're in a similar boat, check out Stream What You Hear Rust, even if the original SWYH wasn't of any use to you:
The UI isn't as pretty as TuneBlade's was, and there's some more audio latency than I noticed with TuneBlade, but it works. For Sonos, set FMT to Wav. Sorry folks, I will miss TuneBlade. It was an ideal product, but such is the ever-changing nature of software. Something on one end always changes, requiring updates elsewhere or the Rube Goldburg Frankenstein of it all just fails to function.
