Pop-up saying "Enter the 4-digit pin displayed on Apple TV"

Is anyone else seeing this?  TuneBlade has been working just great for me for years.  All of a sudden, yesterday I started getting this pop-up regularly (every few minutes).  

I don't even have an Apple TV - I just use TuneBlade to stream audio to two different AirPort Expresses in my house.  So there's no way any device is going to show me a PIN.  Thanks.

I am having the same issue and I don't think the developer is around to fix it...
