Presets are collections of items and values that are applied to artwork in Photoshop. You can save and load presets, or replace them with custom values at any time. Actions, brushes, and keyboard shortcuts are examples of presets. Photoshop comes with presets, but you can also create your own.
The exported brushes can now be imported into another Photoshop document. You can also share them with others by passing along the .abr file. To import brushes in Photoshop, go to the Brushes panel menu, choose "Import Brushes", choose the appropriate .abr file, and click the "Load" button.
Deleting brushes in Photoshop is pretty simple. Open the Brushes panel in Photoshop (Window > Brushes) and choose the brush or brushes you want to delete. In the Brushes panel menu, choose Delete Brush. Confirm your choice when the prompt appears.
Another option is to download the brushes directly to your iPad in Safari. Download the file and navigate to the Downloads in the Files app. Once there, open the extracted folder. Install the .abr file. If a prompt appears, choose Photoshop to open the file.
The Adobe Stock service offers thousands of brushes. However, Adobe Stock follows a subscription model separate from Creative Cloud, so the brushes you find there aren't free. These brushes do, however, plug in cleanly with Photoshop.

EDIT: I have added 6 more mixer brush tool presets since the publication of this product. 2 oily mixer brushes that give very nice edges and feel very.. oily. 4 Texture Pattern brushes that behave a lot like with the brush tool, only they are extremely powerful in retaining the noise level in new areas. Be sure to resample from the image often with the pattern texture brushes to avoid the stampy look.
These brushes were created from the same scanned textures as my popular Clip Studio Paint brush set. I use them to add life to my illustrations, apply grunge effects, and distress things when they are too pretty.
Clip Studio Paint will always be better than Photoshop at inking, in my opinion. But there are many times when I need to ink in Adobe Photoshop. I painstakingly tried to replicate my favorite inking brushes in Clip Studio Paint as best I could.

I have definitely heard of Kelvin and also Nucly. I subscribed to their email notifications. At first I thought Lightroom brushes was a typo and they meant brushes for PS CC instead. In one of the above posts it says that "brushes" for Lr are just presets rather than actual brushes. I ordered a $9 set of brushes for PS but have not had a chance to try them yet. Go to their web sites and I think they have video tutorials.
I've got some LR brushes but don't use them often. I've taken instead to using the Radial Filter for localised edits and find this very adaptable. It also appears in Camera Raw, which is becoming more and more like "Lightroon for Photoshop."
