I have an Android phone and a Google Voice number. Today I configured my phone without a lock screen (because of unsatisfactory unlock experiences) and then Google Voice refused to open saying
"To access your work account on this device, you'll need to set a lock screen. This is your organization's mobile device policy."

In Windows 11, dictation has been updated and renamed as voice typing. Like dictation, voice typing uses online speech recognition technologies to power its speech-to-text transcription service. You no longer need to turn on the Online Speech recognition setting to use voice typing. You can also choose to contribute voice clips to help improve voice typing. Voice activation can also be turned on when the device is locked and the screen is off. Once an app is activated with a voice keyword, it will be able to continue listening to the microphone. Even when your device is locked and your screen is off, the app can activate for anyone who speaks near the device and have access to the same set of capabilities and information as when the device is unlocked.

I unlock mine with Alexa with the four digit pin all the time. You just say her name and if you want to unlock the door. She asks me what the four digit code is I give it to her and she unlocks the door.

I can lock and unlock the lock from my Google Home app on my cell phone, but I can't get the lock to lock using voice commands on my Mini. (The Mini otherwise works OK with other devices such light switches and speakers.) When I say "Hey Google lock the Front Door" (FYI - Front Door is the name of the Yale-Nest lock). The Google lady pauses for a few seconds then says" Sorry, it looks like that device has not been set up yet. You can do that in Assistant settings."

Voice Locks are a security measure found in Glukkon factories. The locks require either a Slig or a Glukkon to repeat a voice pattern before unlocking. Sligs can not use a Glukkon voice lock and vice versa.
In the case of a Slig voice lock, the lock will automatically greet anyone walking past it, including Mudokons, with a simple 'hi'. When a Slig replies by saying 'hi' back, the lock will produce a series of sounds. After this the Slig will have to repeat the sounds in the right order to unlock the lock.
