You can export all your calendars at once to a calendar archive (.icbu) file. You can use this method to back up all the calendars in the On My Mac section of your calendar list at once, share your calendars with other users or import your calendars to another device later.

After a calendar is migrated from Microsoft Outlook it will probably show up as a new calendar and not update the primary Google Calendar with the migrated events. Google Calendar offers a way to export and import calendars using .ICS (preferred) or .CSV files as a way to resolve this problem. You could also use these instructions to export or import calendar events to other services or devices.

I basically just use nextcloud for contacts, sms backup and calendars. Seems strange that there is no easy export feature for the calendar and contacts. Tried to use the vcf export but the nc 12 creates a corrupt file so that didnt work. Tried to export calendars but I just got some garbled empty file that took ages to import and nothing there.

We're trying to figure out why two of our new employees can't subscribe to two of our shared calendars, that everyone in the company should have access to. From what we can see, all permissions have been verified, so is there a way to export a list of all shared calendars accessible from a user's perspective, or at least with the permissions of those shared calendars, so we can see what's happening without needing to impersonate the user?

After pressing the "Export calendar" button at the bottom of the calendar page, select the events and time frames you wish. The "Get URL address" button will create a URL address. Copy and paste the url link into an email or any HTML page. This link will compile the icalexport.ics file. For example:

In Google Calendar's "Other calendars" menu, choose "Add by URL" and supply the URL generated in the process described above. This version of the Google calendar will update whenever changes are made in the source Moodle calendar (including new, changed or deleted events), although it may take several hours for the changes to appear.

Team Calendars allows you to quickly export calendar data so you can open it in other calendar apps like Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, or any application that supports importing .ics files.

It is also possible to create custom calendars in Proton Calendar. This is useful for organizing your own time (for example, having separate calendars for home and work), and for creating calendars that you wish to share with different groups of people.

Once a calendar is created or imported into Proton Calendar, you can edit, delete, or export it as an iCalendar(new window) (ICS) file that can be imported into most third-party calendar apps and services.

When you export events from a 25Live calendar, all of the information about each event gets exported. For example, in addition to the event start and end dates and title, the location information, description, and custom fields are also exported.

iCalendar is a standard calendar format that enables the sharing of calendars through the internet between websites and personal calendar programs. ICS files can be imported into most common calendar applications, such as Microsoft Office Outlook and Google Calendar, or back into Trumba Connect.

Some calendar programs can import .csv files but not .ics files. However, .csv format does not support repeating events. Each instance of a repeating event from your 25Live calendars is stored in the exported .csv file as a separate event.

That said, you may wish to export your Google Calendar for use in a different application like Microsoft Excel; or transfer the calendar to a different account manager like Microsoft Outlook. Our experts have tried and tested a bunch of different methods and formats so you don't have to.

Traditionally, you'd need to export your calendars from each account, and then import them to the app of your choice. Some handy apps, like Droid Transfer, can skip many time-consuming steps in this process.

However, if you choose to copy to Outlook, the export and import steps are all done for you, saving you lots of time and effort! Just watch your Google Calendar appear in Outlook when the transfer is complete.

You can export your Google Calendar to iCal (a universal calendar format used by popular programs like Microsoft Outlook, Google Calendar and Apple Calendar) format directly from Google. If you've not already exported your calendars as iCal with Droid Transfer, you'll need to access your Google Calendar from a computer, as you can't export using the Calendar mobile app.

Exporting your Google Calendar is easy; however, you can only export the calendar as an iCal file with Google itself. We are going to take a look at how you can get your Google Calendar into the most common formats that people need to manage their calendars: spreadsheets.

The methods below build on what we've already covered in the guide (notably exporting as iCal and importing into Outlook (or save yourself some time and transfer the calendar directly to Outlook with Droid Transfer)). So, if you've skipped those bits, you may wish to go back to read those first.

If you simply need a hard copy of your calendar, you can't go wrong with a PDF export or physical printout. This is perfect if you need to quickly share a static view of your calendar via email or at a meeting.

You should now have all the information you need to take control of your calendars, and access them wherever you need them - whether it be in Outlook, a spreadsheet manager, or as a PDF document or printout.

Regardless of whether you end up going API or not, you need to make sure, upfront, that your calendars are syncing between OwnerRez and the channels. One of the worst problems you can have, when managing your vacation rentals, is getting double bookings. This tends to be the result of calendars not properly syncing.

Before diving into the rest of these docs, take a minute to watch the following video. This video will show you how to share your calendar across multiple channels using our powerful iCal-based calendar import/export engine that has built-in features that makes syncing calendars across all channels a breeze.

To sync calendars, you need to configure both a calendar import and a calendar export for every property and channel that you list on. So if you have two properties, listed on two channels, you will have a total of four calendar imports in OwnerRez, and you'll need to configure calendar exports four times on the channel sites.

Virtually all vacation rental channels - whether national brands (eg. Vrbo, Airbnb) or local/regional listing sites - support iCal-based calendar syncing. Most channels refer to this as "calendar import" and "calendar export" to denote that you are importing/exporting data between systems and not syncing at an API or partner level. If you look at Vrbo or Airbnb's calendar settings, both call it exactly that: "calendar import/export".

OwnerRez fully supports this iCal-based calendar importing and exporting process. And not only do we support it, but we offer a much more powerful import/export engine than the channels do and have built a number of features that smartly correct for common channel problems.

Both sides - OwnerRez and the channel - provide a link called "calendar export" for the other side to check on a regular basis (multiple times per day). The act of checking the other side's calendar is called "calendar import". Both sides are doing both things at the same time - providing the export link, and simultaneously importing the other side's calendar on a regular basis.

The calendar export link returns a list of blocked-off dates for a single property that is accurate for what that side is currently showing. The list of dates is published in a standard format (iCal) that both sides understand how to read.

When the calendar export link shows date changes from the last time it was checked, the system knows that something was changed - either new dates were blocked, existing dates were changed or dates were removed (ie. canceled). The side that is checking the link now needs to update its own calendar to match the changes.

Since both sides - OwnerRez and the channel - are both following this same process, that means that when OwnerRez has a change, the channel will update its calendar to match, and when the channel has a change, OwnerRez will update its calendar to match. That way, both calendars should look the same all the time.

These are the links that you need to provide to the channel so that the channel side stays in sync. On the channel side, you will create a "calendar import" and then fill in this export link from OwnerRez.

If you open one of these export links in a browser, you'll notice that it shows a large blob of text. That text is the iCal-formatted data that the channel will parse to determine if there are OwnerRez changes that need to be matched on the channel side.

We have created a number of walk-through guides that show how to configure calendar import/export for the most common channels. These will show you where to find and enter the export URLs for each channel.

Go to the settings of the third-party application and paste this link. After connecting the Bitrix24 calendar to the third-party application, all existing events from your calendar will be exported to the third-party application.

There is no export option, but you can sync your calendar events with a supported calendar app on your computer or online with an online calendar synced over the air with an email account that supports this, and there are a number of them with several being free.
