We're gonna go for Sunday March 19 at 5PM because that gives me tonight and tomorrow night to type up the proposed fix I finally came up with for the disclosure floor time problem. Zoom link will be out before noon tomorrow.

Ok I think I worked it out(?), scroll down to the red text under executive board disclosure on the long version for the forked versions with differences in red.

I made a clean version that leaves out eBoard impacting things entirely, a "lite" version focusing on major conflicts, and one doing a better job of spelling out the conditions of our original intent that we were heading to recommending, and cutting off having to voice declare minor conflicts which seems like a terrible idea to accidentally impose. Also cleaned up and clarified a couple of things that got less clear after our last revision.

Original short version with clean-up changes hilighted and commented but voice declare not fixed:

I won't be able to make it tonight (it's my birthday!) but I wanted to say I'm in favor of the edits Angyl sent around and think this is a really strong and comprehensive policy.  Thanks to everyone's hard work on this!
