BRC's March meeting postponed

Hi Democrats,

The BRC meeting that we had tentatively rescheduled to March 21 is further postponed in the interests of public health. If necessary, we will hold a virtual meeting (e.g., using Zoom or other teleconference software) to adopt rules for holding virtual meetings, and then solve the chicken-and-egg problem by Ratifying those rules (p. 124) at a later non-virtual meeting. Please wash your hands, etc.
