All:
Ah. UTexas finally "gets it" when it comes to Makerspaces.
Having a makerspace (on campus or anywhere) should mean "interdiscplinary" and available to all.
UT gets it (see http://news.utexas.edu/2016/09/15/a-makerspace-for-everyone ).
I hope TAMU can initiate concept as well : Makerspace for All.
A good step in the right direction is the environment at the Vizlab which does do a LOT of
interdisplinary work.
