So I recently got a new computer with a mag b550 tomahawk max wifi which on the box says it comes with bluetooth 5.2 and when i first got the computer bluetooth wasnt working and then it randomly started working for a few days and no longer works. Ive tried restarting multiple times and I just dont know what to do.
thank go i found this thread, I've been looking for an hour trying to see if someone had a similar issue that i was facing, im upgrading an old computer for a friend and they're moving from an old intel based 7600 to new 3700x and a b550 board and windows wasnt being read by the bios. im praying that your solution works for me too
i have bought a new GPU a few days ago and with that GPU i cannot enter BIOS. I have tried every DP and HDMI slot and the same thing is happening. I tried another monitor, the same thing. I have inserted another GPU RX5600XT into the motherboard, set the BIOS to default values, and the same thing is happening with RX6800 (With RX5600XT the BIOS works normally). I have tried to place the RX6800 into Asus motherboard and the BIOS shows normally. I updated the BIOS to the latest version (in the pictures attached is the old BIOS version) and nothing changed. I have tried everything that comes to mind and nothing worked.. To be clear, the GPU works in windows fine without a hitch, games and everything, latest vBIOS is on the GPU. I found only one similar case on the forum from linustechtips, but unfortunately no one answered or helped ( -bios-issue-msi-b550-gaming-plus/). I contacted ASRock support, but they couldn't help me, they said that they don't have a B550 Tomahawk for testing.
Hello all.Having an issue with a B550 tomahawk.This is a new build.When I power up system the fans spin,the RGB on board lights up.The CPU debug light comes on for few seconds then goes out but then the VGA light comes on and stays on and no image on screen.All hardware is brand new.I have tried everything I could find on youtube,which was not a whole lot,to no avail.I flashed bios,still the same,even removed CPU to check for bent or broken pins,all good.I am at a loss.Anyone has any ideas I will try anything at this point.I am about to RMA the board but if I can avoid that would be great.Thanks to anyone in advance.
